Who I Am:
I was born in Green Bay, WI and grew up in Oconto, WI. I graduated from Oconto High School and later moved to Eau Claire, WI, where I have lived for the past 22 years. A father to five boys and a loving husband, I want what every parent wants, a great future for our families.
Having spent 25 years as an entertainer and promoter/coordinator traveling across the US and Canada, I have a fueled passion for We the People and believe in supporting the livelihood of others.
Over the past year and a half, watching businesses and people who have had their rights stripped away, I sparked a desire to serve others with a higher purpose. That purpose has driven me to find collective ways of educating and bringing people together who believe in their unalienable, Constitutional rights, and are ready to stand up together.
For the past year, I have been traveling throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota educating, empowering, and enlisting the People to run for office, starting right in their own backyard.
Why I'm Running:
Over the past year, I have been fighting for our freedom. It started with standing up to our city council, county boards and health departments. I and many others reached out to our elected representatives, but our cries for help fell on deaf ears. If we did get a response, we were given excuses like: we have a democratic governor who will just veto anything, Or the governor has the power to break laws or violate the constitution. When the very people who were supposed to represent us, did nothing, it fell on We the People of Wisconsin, to rise up and fight for our liberties. I felt a civic duty to get involved.
I have traveled the state over the last year helping businesses fight to stay open. Helping people across Wisconsin defend their unalienable constitutional rights. When our representatives did nothing to stop the shut down, I was fighting to help open back up. When our elected representatives would not end the illegal and unconstitutional overreach of Tony Evers, I was helping Wisconsin residents fight to end the unlawful executive orders. When government, businesses, and schools were discriminating against the people of Wisconsin, I was educating people on their rights protected by the constitution and the laws of the land.
I have been fighting for the people of Wisconsin for over a year while the vast majority of the government servants, who we elected to do our work, have been missing in action. Unlike many of our government officials, I have been standing with business owners, our constitutional sheriffs and peace officers, our children, healthcare workers and all others who have been discriminated against.
The sad truth of the matter is, our representatives did not fight for us when we needed them the most. If our representatives refuse to honor their oath of office to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and of this state, then we must replace them with people who will. For that reason, I am running for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin.
I will be the voice of all the people of Wisconsin, not just those who are in the party I represent.
I will keep principles over politics.
I will hold our elected bureaucrats accountable.
I will do everything in my power to ensure the Constitution and the laws of this land are upheld, including our election laws, no matter what party is violating them. I am not a politician, I am one of you, the People.
My name is Kyle Yudes, and I am running for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin.
Freedom & Restoring Liberty:
Liberty: The condition of being free from oppressive restriction or control by a government or other powers.
With each passing day, we have had more and more of our freedom stolen from us under the guise of our safety and what is best for us. As Ronald Reagan stated "If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth." We have had our freedom stolen from us by willing accomplices in our elected representatives, all too willing to allow tyrants to dictate what We the People can and cannot do. I believe that all of our liberties that were given to us by our creator are to be protected and preserved at all cost. When our government servants will only publicly fight for the amendment that they feel is a political win, but refuse to stand for the rest, it is time for those government servants to relinquish their office and for the People to vote in true representation of the People.
For over a year, I have traveled this great state, educating and empowering Wisconsinites on their unalienable rights and freedom. I will continue to do so as your next Lieutenant Governor. Education and empowering the People is a key factor to preserving our liberties.
The U.S. Constitution is the law of the land, and it is even stated so in Article VI. I full heartedly believe we must follow our State and U.S. Constitutions. There is no room to stray from these crucial laws. As we have seen for over the past year, when our elected officials refuse to follow the Constitution, it opens the door to lawlessness and tyranny.
The Constitution is for everyone. It equally protects all People, of all classes and backgrounds. I believe it truly is the glue that holds our country together and unites us as a beacon of hope under the umbrella of freedom. We must fight to preserve our unalienable rights protected by the Constitution.
As directed by Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, every representative shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution. This is a forgotten requirement of our government servants. For too long we have not demanded of our representatives to honor their oath or affirmation. As your Lieutenant Governor, I will hold my fellow servants of the People to their oath. I will do everything within my power to ensure both Federal and State Constitutions and the laws are upheld.
For too long our elected representatives have forced their will or the will of the party they represent, on the People of Wisconsin. Over the past year I have brought these transgressions to the attention of you the People of Wisconsin. I will continue to do so when elected. If a member of either party is acting against the Constitution, the law, or the People, I will personally address the issue with them. If they refuse to listen to reason, I will then bring it to the attention of the People of Wisconsin.
For too long we have had government servants that only represent a select few. I believe that when elected, you should be the voice for all the People of Wisconsin, not just those who belong to the party the representative is a part of.
I believe we must do what is necessary to protect the integrity of our elections. First and foremost we must follow the federal and state constitution as well as the election laws we currently have established. I would encourage Wisconsin to declare our spring and fall election day, statewide holidays. This would enable everyone to have a fair opportunity to vote and would also allow the people of Wisconsin to register to work the polls if they so choose. We must have full faith in our election process without division to continue to protect our Constitutional Republic.
Protect and Support our Farmers:
Who would have thought that in Wisconsin we have farmers fighting for the right to farm? Neighbors complaining about odor, flies, or dust are taking family farms to court. As Lt. Governor I will stand with the hard working lifeline of our state that are our farmers. I will work with legislature to strengthen our Right to Farm statutes and protect farmers!
I will also work to bring agriculture programs back to our schools. AG programs should taught as another trade like welding, woodworking and mechanics are. One of the biggest issues to farming is getting our next generation excited about a career in agriculture. Another huge obstacle is finding farm land that is available for new farmers. As America's DairyLand, we must invest in the future of our farmers. With this goal in mind, I will work with the state legislature to create incentive programs to open up land and opportunities to establish new farms.
Judicial activism has become a widespread concern in Wisconsin. From soft on crime to the devastation done in family court to children and families. This not only puts our law enforcement in harm’s way, but it also puts shattered families on a path of cyclical poverty in Wisconsin. As Lt Governor, I will work with our legislature to bring oversight, scrutiny, accountability, and economic opportunity to these individual issues. We must end judicial activism in Wisconsin now, not a decade from now.
While our legislature can do little to enforce laws already on the books, it is every Wisconsin voter's responsibility to know who your county DA and judges are. They work for the people of your Wisconsin county. If we do not work to remove justices that usurp the legislative process, DAs and elected officials will stand mute without compunction. This era of soft on crime for gang members, drug dealers, child predators and public corruption must not and cannot continue.
I would like to see restraints placed on politically motivated “educator effectiveness” standards which are currently being weaponized against traditional educators. Forcing traditional teachers to be parents, mental health professionals, social workers, law enforcement officers, political pundits, and expect them to perform an effective curriculum experience daily would be a huge task for any professional. Today under these types of classroom environments teachers are rarely, if ever, recognized by administrators and school boards for their personal contributions and mental health sacrifices. What if our government implemented “parental effectiveness” standards that forced parents to keep comprehensive portfolios of their educational involvement and disciplinary management of their children? The left's socialist agenda in education would fly off the rails if such a model were ever instituted.
As administrators and school boards drive great traditional teachers out of Wisconsin education, the educator effectiveness model will become less attractive to even the far left. At some point this model will meet its demise due to the outcry from all sides for traditional education that truly supports student excellence. Let traditional teachers educate our children. Pressuring educators to teach to standardized tests and be held to educator effectiveness models and curriculum has proven to be no “Race to The Top” silver bullet.
Traditional Wisconsin teachers need to be free from having to influence and shape the Department of Education, administrative and school board ideologies, and political agendas upon student bodies. It is the place of parents to shape the ideology, values and beliefs of their children, not confusing Department of Education misinformation and disinformation socialist agendas. Additionally, The Charlotte Danielson teacher effectiveness model meant to intimidate and strongarm traditional educators into submission has additionally forever changed the close connections between teachers and students that once was.
It is also time to hold Wisconsin family law and the family courts accountable for their role in destroying Wisconsin classrooms and the monumental burdens placed on Wisconsin educators. Over the last two decades, unbeknown to educators, the socialist family law agenda has expedited fatherless homes and shattered children and families into millions of pieces leaving Wisconsin educators and teachers to clean up the emotional and mental health carnage. What Wisconsin educators don’t realize is that billions of dollars are generated on the backs of shattering children and families annually. The Social Security Federal funding that's pursued by county and state agencies directly counter punches teachers' efforts in the classroom.
The mental health crisis coursing through Wisconsin classrooms today leads directly back to Wisconsin agencies coaching poverty through Social Security Title IV-B and Title IV-D incentives and matches. The poverty coaching efforts by Wisconsin counties can be linked directly to low test scores, questionable school district performance rankings, free and reduced lunch programs, graduation rates and special needs funding. Resolving flagrant profiteering efforts within family law, Children and Family Services and county agencies at the expense of educators, and students, is unconscionable.
As a civil society vying for educational excellence, we must acknowledge what’s truly hindering student performance against highly advanced nations and their accelerating digital economies. Charlotte Danielson’s educator-effectiveness and the “Race to The Top” model was grossly insufficient for remote learning and the advancing digital education curriculum sweeping through advancing digital economies around the world. At what point does the Department of Education stop placing blame squarely on traditional educators who are the launching pad to American prosperity and greatness. It's time for the Department of Education, Administrators and school boards to personally take responsibility for pushing nationally educational modeling that they knew was questionable. The pandemic proved the Charlotte Danielson model was monumentally ineffective on levels being analyzed by both Republicans and Democrats currently.
Finally, after all that you have just read, parents must have school choice. Wisconsin school districts under-performing, pushing political and/or socialist agendas continues to make a solid case for school choice in Wisconsin. The taxes from the state or federal government must follow a school choice student all the way to graduation. Taking back control from the Department of Education, school administrators and school boards is how parents and educators establish accountability. Administrators and school boards also must share student curriculum with parents. It is a parent’s right to know what is being taught to their child, I will work with the legislature to see this becomes a Wisconsin standard as well as bring a new perspective on the environment of today’s classrooms and the traditional educators forced to manage it.
Our campaign is excited to announce our outstanding “Educators Advisory Team Plan”. We have failed in our approach to the educational system, and it is time to look to the industry professionals to help guide and shape what the Wisconsin Educational system should be. DEI has proven to be detrimental and our teachers, students, families, and our communities are paying the price for the abject failures of DEI. As a civil society vying for educational excellence on a world stage, we must acknowledge what’s truly hindering student performance against highly advanced nations and their accelerating digital economies.
5 POINT PLAN FOR WISCONSIN EDUCATION
Form the Wisconsin Educator Advisory Team
The” Educator Advisory Team” includes thirty-five traditional Educators from across the state that support reforming the current system implemented into a state system that supports both the educators and students. The team will include public and private school educators as well as homeschool educators. Currently DEI has implemented an educator effectiveness measure that is designed to complement common core and the race to the top learning standards. Traditional teachers need to be free from having to influence and shape the Department of Education, administrative and school board ideologies, and political agendas upon the student bodies. Industry professionals who are in the classrooms with the students are better suited to know what works for educators and students, than administrators and bureaucrats that rarely see the inside of a classroom.
Remove the Charlotte Danielson teacher effectiveness model.
This model has been a failed project that creates more work for our teachers. This method requires comprehensive portfolios to be kept on the student’s educational involvement and disciplinary management. This method in part is causing the demand for teachers to act as the parent, mental health professional, social worker, law enforcement, political pundit, and doctor, while having the expectation of administering an effective curriculum. The method adds several additional hours to the workday and leaves educators feeling overworked and underpaid.
Remove standardized testing.
Teaching to a standardized test is not practical. This type of education only teaches students how to memorize while it removes real world learning from the classroom. The Educator Advisor Team will research and advise the administration to different techniques or methods of practical learning. Methods like Project Based Learning that will bring results and bring Wisconsin education to the top of the nation.
Rebuild the morale, recruitment, and retention of educators
Educators are being wrongly targeted for many of the issues DEI, administrators, and school boards are creating. We must intervene and recognize who is truly at fault. Today under current classroom environments teachers are rarely, if ever, recognized by administrators and school boards for their personal contributions and mental health sacrifices. Extra paperwork, workload, pay, oversized classrooms, and micromanaged curriculums are the top issues to why we are losing our traditional educators. In 2021 the educator shortage grew from 34% to 44% from the year prior. 35 % shortage of paraprofessionals and a 67% shortage in special education educators.
Freedom to have school choice.
Finally, parents must have school choice. Wisconsin school districts under-performing, pushing political and/or socialist agendas continues to make a solid case for school choice in Wisconsin. The taxes from the state or federal government must follow a school choice student all the way to graduation.
